The DC Public Library (DCPL) is seeking for an E-Rate eligible contractor to provide all professional services necessary for the implementation and maintenance of dedicated internet access to the MLK Library as the internet/network hub and WAN data circuit links to its twenty-five (25) neighborhood branch libraries.
